This blog will be all about development of RIA applications with Adobe Flex.</div><div>I’ve been working for quite some time in IT industry and my technology background is Java/Ruby/PHP/Delphi/JavaScript/C++. But for the last two years I was working as Flex developer.</div><div>Flex projects, I was working on, were huge RIA applications which were developed with Adobe Flex and Java backend.</div><div>In the next posts I'm planning to cover some of the Adobe Flex3 best practices which we've adopted in <a href="http://www.epam.com">EPAM Systems</a> (company I'm working for).</div><div>The best practices were initially presented at the <a href="http://flash-ripper.com/meetings/uafpug-13/lviv-october-24/registration">Flex conference several weeks ago</a>.
